NY SHIELD Act Compliance
We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards in accordance with the New York SHIELD Act. All client data, including CRM exports and ad data, is protected via 256-bit encryption and strict “Least-Privilege” access protocols.
Algorithmic Transparency Disclosure
Per 2026 New York regulations, we utilize AI-enhanced “accelerators” for code generation and SEO optimization. We guarantee that sensitive client data is never utilized to train public Large Language Models (LLMs). All AI outputs undergo “Syntheos-Grade” human vetting prior to deployment.
Sub-Processor Vetting
We utilize a global network of “Execution Partners” (Shadow Team). Each partner is contractually bound to US-grade security standards. Data is shared only to facilitate service delivery and is never sold.
Data Retention

Syntheos Digital LLC operates as a high-capacity “Revenue Architect”. Upon execution of a Statement of Work (SOW), technical and human resources are committed immediately. Consequently, all deposits and milestone payments are non-refundable and deemed fully earned upon receipt.
Vertical-Specific Milestones
1. Web Design & CRO
Deposits secure the “Architecture Phase”. Once the “Design Freeze” is signed, the project enters the “Irreversible Development Phase,” and the client remains liable for the total contract value regardless of completion status.
2. SEO (Search Dominance)
Initial fees cover the delivery of Technical Audits and Keyword Strategy Maps. These are considered standalone intellectual assets; no refunds are permitted for research-intensive deliverables.
3. PPC (Revenue System)
Setup fees cover the integration of Conversion APIs (CAPI) and GA4 tracking. Once tracking is live, fulfillment is considered complete for the setup phase.
The "Momentum" Clause (Ghosting)
If a project is delayed by more than 10 business days due to missing client assets (copy, imagery, access), the project is moved to “Inactive Status”. Resuming work requires a Re-activation Fee of 15% of the total project cost to compensate for re-allocation of resources.
Chargeback Indemnity & Asset Retrieval
Clients waive all rights to dispute charges for services rendered. Any unauthorized chargeback results in the immediate and permanent deletion of all managed digital assets, including source code, ad accounts, and hosted infrastructure.
